Polarity is the first two inherent dualities of the universe: Masculine & Feminine, Alpha and Omega, Yin and Yang, Shiva and Shakti, Light and Dark, Male and Female, Proton and Electron, Particle and Wave, Centering and Spin. Polarity is the first inherent duality of the universe: Masculine & Feminine, Alpha and Omega, Yin and Yang, Shiva and Shakti, Light and Dark, Male and Female, Proton and Electron, Particle and Wave, Centering and Spin.

In essence... The Masculine Energy* is the energy of consciousness, the energy of solidity, unchanging awareness and witnessing.  The Masculine SEES.

In essence.. the Feminine Energy is the energy of the universe itself, the energy of change and doing.  The Feminine is SEEN.

In most Intimacy work, including our own, you will first start by discovering your Awareness of the first basic forms of energy and how to embody first one side, then both, while bringing a depth of expression to either.

*NOTE: The word ENERGY is used here, and we are using the term 'Masculine' to describe this energy, but this term can be misleading and become a prison of restraint if you aren't careful. We will constantly use different terms for this energy description, but in the mainstream self help and taoist tantric texts, the terms masculine and feminine are popularized, even if limiting.  The core reason they are limiting is because Women inherently see the term Masculine Energy and consider it anethma for them, while men have the reverse problem.  In the very beginning of my training years ago I was told I had a strong amount of feminine energy.  Misunderstanding this in the worst way a person could possibly misunderstand something, I rebelled against the 'life movement' energies of my natural character because I thought it would destroy polarity with my woman.  This kind of mistake is all too common and is one of the core reasons I personally don't like the terms Masculine and Feminine to describe these energies.

I personally like Proton and Electron. It speaks to my scientific side, but lacks imagination when speaking about intimacy and passion (grin).
